Composite hose is a kind of hose which made by variety of polymeric material reinforced layer, sealing layer and external anti-wear and anti aging layer, is composed of internal and external helix steel wire support fastened.

Composite hose assemblies each connection is specifically engineered, designed and manufactured, to engage and make a perfect union with the hose wall and the hose shank or tailpiece. The ferrule and tailpiece are permanently engaged to the hose by the external swaging or crimping process. This makes the hose assembly engineered to perform to rated burst pressure, and can assure 100% performance of the complete hose assembly.
Composite hose’s exclusive construction allows for excellent flexibility,rugged cover is resistant to oil, cuts, scuffs and ozone attack. Composite hose is designed with the combination of multi-layer of different polymers and spirals in stainless steel 304 or 316L, which is safe solution to support cryogenic products at extreme temperatures up to -196ºC and working pressures up to 10.5Bar.Composite hose likes other hoses, provides the vital flexible connection to compensate for vibration, movement, or misalignment in a fluid transfer system.In typical applications such as liquefied natural gas discharge or loading both on trucks, wagons and marine applications,include ship to ship refueling operations.
