General construction for sandblasting hose(all can be customized according to customers’ requests):

·Inner rubber layer: natural rubber, butadiene rubber and other compound rubbers are used as the main raw materials, and special reinforcing agents are added.

·Reinforcement layer: high-quality fiber cloth (canvas) or chemical fiber cloth (cord) is used as the reinforcement layer, which has good flexibility and strong bearing capacity.

·Outer rubber layer: natural rubber and composite rubber are used, which are wear-resistant, anti-oxidation, long service life.

This Kind of rubber hoses which diameter below 51mm(contain 51mm), we usually call them sandblast rubber hoses, For diameter which above 51mm, we call them wear resistant rubber hoses.

Applications

Widely used in various specifications and models of sandblasting machines, shotcrete machines, also widely used as rust removal for tunnel, construction, shipbuilding hull and oil storage tanks, rustproof for bridge and water conservancy engineering gate .
