Characteristics
Polyurethane PU screen mesh sieve plates makes full use of the excellent wear resistance of the polyurethane, high strength, high elongation and high elasticity in a wide range of hardness, good shock absorption performance, oil resistance, low temperature resistance, heat aging resistance, and radiation resistance,electrical insulation and other properties, coupled with its reasonable sieve structure and installation structure design, make the polyurethane sieve plate have the following characteristics:
1. Good abrasion resistance and long service life. Its abrasion resistance is 3 to 5 times better than steel screen mesh and over 5 times than ordinary rubber screen mesh.
2. Its maintenance workload is small, the polyurethane screen mesh is not easy to be damaged, and service life is long, so it can greatly reduce the amount and loss of maintenance.
3. The total cost is low. Although polyurethane sieve plate is nearly 2 times higher than the stainless steel sieve under the same specification (area),but the service life of the polyurethane sieve plate is 3 to 5 times of the stainless steel sieve, therefore, the final cost is not high, economically and cost-effective.
